Jack O' Valentine is a character that debuted in guilty gear XRD. she is very spoilery, so i will spare newcomers the details, but shes an important character that basically holds the soul of someone who is very, very critical to the entire plot of guilty gear. she is incomplete, however, and as such has two personalities: a calm and collected woman, and a sweets-dependant young girl. shes also very silly and her gameplay revolves around summoning tiny little familiars.

why do i like jack o'?

shes silly! its simple as that. her lore is cool and all, but its mostly her personality that sticks out to me. despite everything, and she does have her dramatic moments, i love how shes so positive and fun, and making such an important character be addicted to sweets and love halloween, of all things, is a super refreshing take for me. shes just a huge bundle of joy, i love her very, very much. also, her in-game poses are fun as hell.
